Who needs Massage...

Everybody needs massage at some point in their life; some more often than others depending on their lifestyle. Those sitting at desks for prolonged periods of time, especially in front of Computers, really should have at least a half hour massage every 2 weeks to prevent postural, muscular and joint problems later on in life. As well as being beneficial for your body later on in life, massage can reduce stress, which can cause muscle tension and eventually structural misalignment. Most of us hold our daily stress in our Shoulders or our Bottoms – both of which are intimately connected and can cause problems between each of the two areas if one or the other become too tight and pull structures out of alignment.
